Epiq in Brisbane is seeking a Transcription Coordinator to ensure transcripts are accurately typed, finalized, and delivered on schedule. You will work with the Transcription Manager and a team of transcribers across jurisdictions to allocate resources and maintain quality KPIs.
You will train, support, and communicate with transcribers, handle ad-hoc transcription needs, and contribute to process improvements.
