Classification: ANU Officer 8 (Administration)
Salary package: $124,392 - $133,071 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months, backfill prospect)

Overview n

Working closely with the Manager, HR Data Integrity and Insights, People and Culture Division, this role will lead a passionate and customer focussed team to provide operational support for multiple systems that support the HR functions of the University. They will lead a team of people supporting the campus HR teams, prioritise work and thrive on finding solutions and enhancements for the systems.

The Position n

- Supervise a team of customer focussed HR Systems Support staff
n
- Deliver excellent and timely customer service and technical support
n
- Ensure accurate and timely technical support to the payroll team
n
- Solve complex queries and questions and deliver timely solutions




n
- Help prioritise workload for the team
n

Skills and experience that the successful candidate will hold: nn
- An ability supervising a team of people in a service environment
n
- Experience with Payroll Processing, Peoplesoft and/or Page Up would be highly regarded
n
- Great problem solving skills
n
- great communication and collaboration skills.
n
