Holmview Doctors are seeking a medical receptionist to join our fantastic team !

About the role: n

We are looking for someone who has a high regard for quality patient care.

Tasks include but are not limited to: n

Providing high quality reception services to the patients, doctors, and staff

n

Greeting patients and visitors

n

Scheduling appointments for patients

n

General office and administrative duties

n

Other administration tasks as required day to day.

About you: n

Strong communication and organisational skills

n

Previous medical receptionist experience (an advantage)

n

Ability to multitask

n

The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

n

Experience using Best Practice software (an advantage)

n

Experience in customer service

n

Ability to work in a quick paced environment

n

The role is currently offering 2-4 days per week and some weekends when required.
