The Meat & Wine Co CBD is looking for experienced and dedicated bar staff to become part of our professional and hard-working team.

The Role:

n

Bar operations - including cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills

n

Proven ability to recommend wines to guests and able to upsell through a large wine list

n

An understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster

n

Contribute a positive influence to an innovative and vibrant team culture

n

You:

A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences

n

Basic cocktail and coffee knowledge

n

Advanced communication skills

n

Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

n

A willingness to undergo further training and development

n

Versatile availability over a 7 day rotating roster

n
