You’ll bring:

2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume venue

Excellent communication and a warm, engaging personality

A natural flair for hospitality and attention to detail

A strong understanding of what great service really looks like

Full availability and a hands-on attitude

You’ll be:

Delivering warm, attentive service that leaves a lasting impression

Maintaining The Grounds' high standards across every guest experience

Bartenders:

Days & Nights available. No late nights ever again!

Section Waiters:

Confident running your own section while keeping service smooth, fun and qualified.

Baristas:

2 years minimum in high volume, if you double as a bartender as well, amazing !
