Country Home Services is seeking Community Nurses (Registered or Enrolled) on a casual basis to support clients in Nuriootpa, Clare, Adelaide Plains and Yorke Peninsula areas. You will provide hands-on nursing care at clients’ homes, assist with medications, wound care and daily living activities, and liaise with families to maintain quality of life.
Applicants must hold current RN/EN registration (AHPRA), a valid driver’s license, a National Police Clearance, and First Aid/CPR.
