Job Description

DIsability and injury services Multiple positions in Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich Role You'll provide tailored assistance to individuals living with disability to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

- Community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits)
- Personal care (mealtimes, hygiene, mobility)
- Domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning, laundry)
- Medication assistance and home therapy support
- Skill development and social engagement Essential attributes
- Valid QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS worker screening check
- First aid and CPR certification
- At least one year experience
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control Training
- Robust communication, literacy and interpersonal skills




- Reliability, empathy and professionalism
