Your mentorship and coaching of teams have contributed to robust service performance and quality outcomes. You’re confident tackling complex and competing priorities throughout your day, bringing together people and resources to deliver positive outcomes. * Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities* Leadership and management experience within health, community or human services - **Essential*** Experience coordinating care and service delivery within a multidisciplinary team* Confidence to manage staff, conflict, pressures and competing priorities - **Essential*** Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to team members* Sound financial, operational and problem-solving capability* Commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery* Ability to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policy - **Essential*** In accordance with requirements outlined by the ACQSC and/or the NDIS, this role is considered Key Personnel.
