Symal is seeking a highly organised Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our People & Capability team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. You will coordinate training, onboarding and workforce compliance across both office-based and site-based employees.
You’ll maintain training records and compliance systems, support apprentices and graduates, coordinate onboarding requirements and ensure employees stay compliant with industry, legislative and client requirements.
