Rabin is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Invoicing, Freight & Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing, freight coordination and accounts receivable across our operations in NSW, Australia.

You'll prepare invoices, review orders, arrange freight, track deliveries and reconcile payments, collaborating with warehouse, purchasing, sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
