We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our Marketing Team, in a Part-Time capacity of up to 22.5 hours each week!

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play an key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing activities of one of Australia's leading wineries. Working closely within our Marketing team, you'll help bring the brand to life across digital, print, and on-site channels while ensuring our brand is presented consistently at every customer touchpoint.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the winery, cellar door, restaurant and events businesses. You'll assist with marketing administration, content creation support, maintaining our Wine Club database, support customer enquiries, update tasting notes and venue collateral,



and help bring marketing projects and campaigns to life.

This permanent part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is excited by the opportunity to build their marketing career within a dynamic and respected wine brand.

About You

You're organised, proactive and creative, with a passion for marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling a variety of tasks and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Sound written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Office, Commerce7, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox would be helpful, but it isn't essential
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support across a broad range of marketing activities
- An interest in wine, hospitality or tourism (preferred but not essential)
- An RSA, or willingness to obtain one
