What will you be doing?

- Mentor and support team in line withrevenueandprofit targetsrelevant to their teams.
n
- Form new or strengthen existingrelationshipsin the region withClients, Suppliers&Subcontractors
n
- Manageandoverseethe budgets and P&L;
n
- Operate across bothtestingandrepairfire service staff
n
- Prepare monthlydepartmental strategyandfinancial reportsreflecting short, medium and long term goals
n




- Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.

Desired Skills and Experiencen

What do we need?

n

n
- Provenexperiencein a reputedFire Services Management role withfinancial responsibilityfor a service department
n
- Strongmanagementandleadership abilityat a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
n
- Construction and minor worksservice experience, includingestimatingandproject delivery
n
- Highattention to detailwithexcellent communicationboth written and verbal
n
- Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
n
- Expertise in usingan Enterprise system
n
