Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Litigation Lawyer with 2 to 4 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

nAbout the role n
n

You will support the team acting for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure.

- Assist on construction disputes and litigation from first advice through to resolution
n
n
- Research, draft and prepare documents and advice
n
n
- Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger files
n
n
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds
n
n

nWhat you’ll bring n

- 2 to 4 years' PAE
n
n
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
n
n
- Litigation or dispute resolution experience, construction preferred
n
n
- Robust research and drafting skills and a collaborative approach
n
n
