As an Architectural Draftsperson at BASE BUILDING PROJECTS PTY LTD, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, plans, and documentation to support construction projects. This position requires strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software for residential and commercial building projects.
- Interpret project briefs, sketches, and specifications to produce accurate technical drawings aligned with building requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, builders,



and project managers to ensure drawings meet design intent and construction standards.
- Amend and update drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all plans comply with Australian building codes, standards, and local council regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for development applications, construction certificates, and approvals.
- Conduct site visits where required to verify measurements and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain organised records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Architectural Draftsperson

Salary:
