Serco in Adelaide is seeking a capable and practical Chef to join our catering team at Adelaide Remand Centre. You will oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner for approximately 400 people each day, including prisoners and staff, and support prisoners with kitchen duties to maintain safety and high standards.
You will ensure meals meet diverse dietary needs, comply with HACCP and safety requirements, and lead production in a busy, structured kitchen with another officer.
