- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm

The Role n

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking Flashings Operators to join a busy Brisbane-based manufacturing facility.

n

Working within a close-knit team of 4-6 operators, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and packing custom flashings used across the roofing and construction industry. This is a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities n

n




- Manufacturing custom flashings to customer specifications
n
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
n
- Operating SWI machinery including slitters and duplex folders
n
- Reading and interpreting production orders
n
- Monitoring product quality and conducting routine checks
n
- Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
n
- Working collaboratively within a team of 4-6 operators
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
n
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
n
- Experience operating slitting, folding, or sheet metal machinery highly regarded
n
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on manufacturing duties
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Current Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
n
