- $42–$45 per hour, depending on experience, plus super, applicable penalties and performance incentives.

- A part-time opportunity | 3 days per week.

About the role n

This is a senior skin role for a clinical mind with an intuitive touch.
n You’ll take ownership of advanced skin correction programs, considered home‑care recommendations and the relationships that sustain client progress.
n You know how to turn a thorough consultation into a clear plan someone believes in. You enjoy earning their trust, remembering the details and seeing them return with growing confidence in their skin.
n Rebooking and retail are familiar strengths. You can explain why a treatment, product or program is worthwhile, adapt to a client’s priorities and follow through with care.
n Alongside your own clientele, you’ll contribute ideas, share your expertise and help develop a collaborative team.

- Advanced corrective and age‑management facials with market‑leading technology.

- Professional skin peels as part of structured correction programs.

- Treating concerns including pigmentation, accelerated ageing, inflammation and impaired skin barriers.

Who you are nn
- Dermal Therapist or Senior Beauty Therapist (skin-focused) with 4+ years’ experience in a premium skin or spa setting.
n
- Diploma‑qualified in Beauty Therapy or holding a relevant dermal qualification.
n
- Confident in advanced skin correction and consultation, with 2+ years’ professional peel experience.
n
- A track record of building a loyal clientele, with strong rebooking and home‑care sales.
n
- Emotionally intelligent, curious and commercially confident.
n
- Mastery or strong working knowledge of Lira Clinical is highly regarded.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Clinic operations & management experience considered favourably.
