Available roles:

Retail Security officer:

- Be vigilant to possible swarming incidents
- conduct high visibility patrols within the store
- Report any form of anti-social behavior to Police.
- ID25 Checks on entry to the store
- Intoxication review of customers
- Ability to Use Body worn Cameras.
- Reporting incidents immediately after the incident.
- Deny entry underbreaches to the RSA
- Detection & apprehension of offenders
- Working in collaboration with Clients and Police
- Be a deterrent of theft and report missing assets.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation feedback
- Respond to emergency situations.




- The ability and confidence to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Frequently produce accurate reports

Skills and experience:

- Current QLD Security License
- First Aid Certificate
- Proven experience in the Loss Prevention and/or Retail industries/ Corporate security / Events Security officers.
- Excellent Situational Awareness and Observation skills.
- Ability to identify Patterns and Potential behaviors leading to theft.
- Excellent level of self-presentation and grooming standards
- A Positive and Proactive Approach to the day-to-day situations
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution
- Evening & Weekend availability
- Robust written communication skills, including incident report writing.
- Ability to time manage and work autonomously in high paced team environment
- High Attention to detail
