MediRecruit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive aged care assessments across West Sydney, NSW. In this face-to-face role, you will determine the care and support needs of older Australians while working with a multidisciplinary team to help access aged care services and supports.

You will conduct assessments, develop recommendations, document findings, and collaborate with clinicians.
