people2people are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a well-established global organisation specialising in electrical and power management solutions for an IMMEDIATE START.

Key responsibilities

- Assembling small mechanical components and electrical panel parts
- Following assembly instructions and standard operating procedures
- Using basic hand tools and equipment where required
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Packing and preparing assembled components
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

About you

- MUST HAVE previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environments
- MUST BE immediately available - ASAP Start
- Good attention to detail,



particularly when handling small components
- The ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
- A forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential

$37 per hour + super

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime

Optional Saturday overtime, approximately twice per month

Casual assignment until 18 December 2026, with potential extension
