Job Description

As a result of an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for our Gruyere operation. Working on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth and r eporting to the Processing Coordinator, you will lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and safety, and help us deliver outstanding production outcomes in a workplace where everyone’s contribution matters.

The Chance n

n
- Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew.
n
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues.
n
- Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods.
n
- Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects
n
- Daily workflow supervision of the crew.
n




- Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
n
- Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.
n

Skills & Qualifications nn
- Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment.
n
- Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate.
n
- A practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitudes.
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your teams.
n
- A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvements.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded.
n
- A current WA Driver’s Licence.
n
