WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone with:

- At least 6 months' experience working as a Houseman in Australia.
n
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
n
- A robust work ethic and positive attitude.
n
- Good attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
n
- Good communication skills.
n
- The ability to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- The physical ability to lift, move supplies and stay active throughout your shift.
n
- A reliable and responsible approach to work.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be one of the people who keeps the housekeeping operation moving.

Your day may include:

- Supporting the housekeeping team with rooms and public areas.
n
- Delivering linen, supplies and equipment where they're needed.
n
- Keeping housekeeping storage and back-of-house areas organised.
n
- Helping maintain high cleanliness standards across the property.
n
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
n
- Responding professionally to guest requests.
n
- Making sure the team has what they need to get the job done.
n
- Jumping in and helping your teammates when things get busy.
