The HR Ally in Sydney, Australia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant specialized in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 to lead end-to-end implementations, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support aligned with Australian HR processes.

Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least two end‑to‑end implementations, Recruiting certification, and Onboarding 2.0 certification preferred.
