Capital SMART – Customer Service Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Brookvale. This position will also at times require travel to our Lane Cove site for assistance.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday. 7.30am - 4.00pm

Your role will include:

- Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
- Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
- Maintaining a welcoming and qualified customer environment
- Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone




- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Full Australian working rights
- Own vehicle and valid NSW drivers licence
