Integrity Oversight Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Complaints Assessment Officer to support the delivery of the complaints function. The role reports to the Manager, Complaints and works within a small team-oriented team.
Responsibilities include managing complaints in accordance with the Complaints Handling Framework, communicating with a diverse range of complainants including vulnerable individuals, liaising with integrity bodies and determining and advising on the appropriate next steps.
