The Opportunity n

We're seeking a capable and motivated Contracts Administrator to play a key role in the commercial delivery of a landmark project on the North Shore.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected builder and work on a high-profile development from halfway through to completion.

n

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you'll take ownership of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and stakeholder management, ensuring the successful commercial delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage all aspects of contract administration from project start-up to finalisation
n
- Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
n
- Administer head contracts, variations, progress claims, and EOTs
n
- Forecast and report project financials, ensuring cost control and budget alignment
n
- Collaborate with site and design teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues
n




- Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives
n
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members
n
- Ensure compliance with company systems, standards, and legal obligations
n

About You nn
- 5+ years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry
n
- Proven track record managing head contracts and subcontractor packages across residential and/or mixed-use projects
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
n
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
n
- Confident taking ownership and driving commercial outcomes
n
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
n
