OVERVIEW Greenwich English College is seeking a Student Services Officer to support international students at the Sydney campus. The role focuses on delivering high-quality student services, responding to enquiries, and supporting a positive student experience across the education journey. This opportunity sits within The NextEd Group, a private higher education and college provider serving students across multiple locations in Australia. The position is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values professional customer service within international education. The successful candidate will work closely with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to support student engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Provide frontline support to students and respond to enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Collaborate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to support smooth student experiences
