About the role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter/Multi Trade professional to join our team at Draft Building Solutions Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position/Sub-Contractor based in Campbelltown, NSW 2560. In this role, you will be a key member of our building trades team, responsible for delivering exceptional carpentry work and multi-trade services across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be essential to maintaining our reputation for quality craftsmanship and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

- Perform carpentry work including framing, timber installation, joinery and finishing of residential and commercial projects
- Execute multi-trade tasks such as demolition, fencing, tiling, roofing, landscaping or painting as required on site
- Prepare surfaces and complete finishing work to a professional standard
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople, supervisors and site managers




- Inspect work quality and make necessary adjustments to meet project specifications
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment in good working condition

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 3–5 years in the building trades industry
- Competency across multiple trades such as basic demolition, painting, tiling or general construction work
- Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations and safe work practices
- Strong manual dexterity and precision in all work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and professional attitude towards work
- Current driving licence and own reliable transport/or vehicle supplied.
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid certification
- Experience with residential renovations, extensions or commercial fit-outs is advantageous
