As an Estimator / Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery from initial enquiry through to award and construction. You will work closely with our engineering, project management and business development teams.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Review project documentation, drawings and geotechnical reports
n
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals
n
- Develop project schedules and installation programs
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, builders and developers
n
- Assist with foundation design coordination and technical reviews
n
- Support tender submissions and contract negotiations
n
- Coordinate resources, procurement and project timelines
n
- Track project performance and maintain estimating databases
n
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the business
n
About you nn
- A degree (or currently completing) in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- High attention to detail
n
- A willingness to learn and build a long-term career
n
- The ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
n
- Previous estimating or construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
