Civic Disability Services is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor to lead supervision and development across a multidisciplinary team in Sydney. The role includes managing a clinical caseload and guiding practitioners to deliver evidence-based support.
You will supervise, mentor, and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards, and work across onsite, community settings, and Telehealth to achieve positive client outcomes.
