We are currently seeking energetic, outgoing and customer-focused Casual Receptionists & Member Services Team Members to join our Erina Fair team.

As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive and professional environment while supporting membership sales, member engagement and daily club operations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in customer service, reception or a sales-focused role

- An outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine love for people

- Confidence in promoting memberships, engaging with prospective members and achieving sales KPIs

- A strong ability to follow company systems, procedures and operational standards

- Excellent communication,



teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities

- Confidence in handling member enquiries, resolving concerns and delivering exceptional service

- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in maintaining club presentation and cleanliness

- A genuine passion for health, fitness and creating a positive member experience

- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (fitness industry experience highly regarded)

- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment

- Current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencing child-related duties

- A genuine interest in the health and fitness industry

- Ability to work flexible casual shifts in line with business requirements
