Our client is a boutique family law practice in South West Sydney. It is looking for an experienced family lawyer with at least three years' post-admission experience to run a caseload of property and parenting matters end to end.

Salary and Features of the position

- Our client offers a salary of $95K to $150K (Pending experience and what you can bring to the practice)
- Our client offers strictly 9am to 5pm hours, with no late nights or weekends
- Our client offers excellent support staff, so your time stays focused on legal work rather than admin
- Office based, so you work alongside the team every day
- Some estate work is also available for lawyers who want variety alongside family law

About the role

You’ll run your own caseload end to end, working independently on property and parenting matters, with approachable principals to turn to when a matter is complex.

- Manage property and parenting matters from initial instruction through to resolution




- Work independently, drawing on senior lawyers for complex or unusual matters
- Liaise directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Family Court where required
- Some estate matters available for lawyers keen to diversify

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 3 PAE in family law, with genuine experience running files independently
- Current unrestricted NSW practising certificate
- Solid working knowledge of parenting and property law
- Confidence managing a caseload without day-to-day supervision
- Based in, or able to commute to, South West Sydney
