nWhat You’ll Do n
n

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
n
n
- Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
n
n
- Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
n
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
n
n
- Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
n
n




- Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks
n
n

nWhat We’re Looking For n
n

- High school diploma or equivalent required
n
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
n
n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
n
n
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
n
n
- Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed
n
n
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus
n
n

nCompensation & Advantages n

- Hourly rate: $16 per hour
n

- Part‑time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
