Key responsibilities
- Preparing and executing a busy breakfast and lunch menu
- Service preparation and maintaining efficient kitchen operations
- Working confidently and efficiently during busy morning and lunch services
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly
- Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
About you
- A genuine passion for fresh, quality food
- The ability to stay calm, organised and productive under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen operations
- Excellent time management and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Availability for early morning starts from 6am and weekend shifts
