We have an opportunity for a proactive Warranty Coordinator to join our team based in Dandenong South. You’ll be responsible for managing warranty claims from initial receipt through to resolution, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional and fair outcomes while working closely with our Customer Service, Technical Support, Warehouse, Sales and Product Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage warranty claims from initial assessment through to resolution
- Review claims and supporting documentation to determine warranty eligibility
- Coordinate product replacements, repairs, credits and refunds
- Provide professional and timely support to customers regarding warranty enquiries
- Liaise with Technical Support, Warehouse, Sales and suppliers to resolve warranty claims
- Maintain accurate warranty records and process claims through ERP/CRM systems
- Monitor outstanding claims and ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes
- Identify recurring product issues and contribute to warranty reporting and continuous improvement
- Ensure warranty processes comply with company policies and relevant consumer legislation





To be successful you will need:

- Previous experience in warranty administration, customer service or technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple warranty claims simultaneously
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems

Experience in the electrical, ventilation, or building products industry is advantageous but not essential.
