Bring your confidence, people skills and willingness to learn—we’ll help you build your career.
Coreserve provides commercial kitchen equipment servicing, refrigeration, cleaning and equipment solutions to clients across Australia.
We are looking for an outgoing, organised and reliable person to join our front‑of‑house customer service and helpdesk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has some administration or customer service experience and is ready to develop further.
You will receive hands‑on training from experienced colleagues, learning our industry, systems and processes while contributing your existing skills.
The role
As a first point of contact for our clients, you will help create a welcoming, professional impression and keep service requests moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls with confidence and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Receiving and accurately logging work orders, service requests and enquiries.
Gathering client details, equipment information and descriptions of faults.
Identifying urgent requests and referring them to the appropriate team.
Supporting our scheduling, service, accounts and sales teams.
Following up information and keeping clients updated.
Maintaining accurate records in Simpro.
Helping with general administration and daily office tasks.
About you
You enjoy talking with people, take pride in being dependable and are keen to learn.
We are looking for someone with:
A confident, outgoing personality and a outstanding phone manner.
Some administration experience and sound computer skills.
A work history that shows reliability and commitment—it can be brief.
Good attention to detail and an organised approach.
The confidence to ask questions and take initiative.
The ability to stay calm, friendly and helpful during busy periods.
An interest in building a long‑term career with Coreserve.
Experience in reception, retail, hospitality or customer service would also be valuable.
Simpro experience is desirable but not essential. No commercial equipment knowledge is required—training will be provided.
What we offer
Practical training and ongoing support.
A varied role in a growing national business.
An opportunity to build valuable customer service and administration skills.
Career progression into scheduling, account coordination or service administration.
