Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Youth and Family Practitioner to provide holistic, strengths‑based support to young people and their families. You will manage a caseload, deliver counselling, group programs and advocacy, and coordinate referrals across community and school settings.
The role emphasises attachment, trauma-informed practice and team-oriented teamwork to improve safety and wellbeing for children and families in our Islington base.
