We’re searching for a Visionary Centre Director to join our expanding business

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators
- Build robust, authentic relationships with families and the community
- Oversee daily operations, enrolments, and compliance
- Foster a positive, values-driven team culture
- Work closely with our supportive leadership team





What You Bring:

- Diploma or ECT qualification
- 12+ months experience as a Centre Director
- Strong understanding of EYLF & child development 0-6 years
- Excellent leadership, communication, and compliance skills
- WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification
