ACTA Group is looking for a friendly and reliable Administration Officer to join our Burleigh Heads team!

We’re an established Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training across Queensland, NSW and Victoria.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our training operations running smoothly, supporting students, trainers and the wider ACTA team.

Administration Officer – ACTA Group

Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing student enquiries, enrolments and course bookings.

- Maintaining accurate student records and documentation.

- Processing course confirmations, attendance and certification.

- Supporting trainers and training coordinators with daily administration.

- Managing student communications and following up outstanding requirements.

- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.





What We’re Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

- Positive computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- A positive, reliable and team-focused approach.

Previous administration experience is highly regarded. RTO experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Training and support will be provided to the right person.
