KeyResponsibilities

- Providetechnicalsalesassistanceandproductsupporttocustomers.




- Understandcustomerrequirementsandrecommendappropriatesolutions.
- Respondtotechnicalenquiriesandassistwithtroubleshooting.
- Preparequotations,proposalsandproductinformation.
- Liaisewithengineers,suppliersandcustomerstoresolvetechnicalissues.
- Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationships.
- Assistwithorderprocessing,productselectionandongoingcustomerservice.
- Keepuptodatewithelectroniccomponents,productsandemergingtechnologies.
