We're looking for a highly sales driven, confident, personable and commercially minded Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at our West Gosford headquarters.

This isn't your typical customer service position.

We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, understands what influences purchasing decisions and knows how to turn a customer enquiry into a sale with confidence without making anyone feel pressured.

The Role n

Your primary focus will be sales,



customer relationships and converting enquiries into orders.

n

You'll be helping customers choose artwork and wallpaper for their homes, offering thoughtful advice and giving them the confidence to make their purchase.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- n

Responding to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

n
- n

Proactively following up warm leads, customer quotes and potential sales.

n
- n

Helping customers select artwork sizes, framing options, wallpaper designs and finishes.

n
- n

Turning wallpaper sample enquiries into full wallpaper purchases.

n
- n

Building relationships with interior designers, architects and trade customers.

n
- n

Providing exceptional in-house customer service and assisting with sensitive customer enquiries when required.

n
- n

Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

n

n

You'll be supported by our dedicated customer care team, who manage the majority of customer service administration, parcel tracking, freight enquiries and routine complaints.

n

This allows you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and generating sales.





Who We're Looking For n

We're looking for someone incredibly driven by sales with natural confidence, initiative and genuine commercial instincts.

You’ll ideally bring:

Previous experience in sales, customer service or e-commerce.

n
- n

A proven ability to convert customer enquiries into purchases.

n
- n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n
- n

A warm, approachable personality and confident telephone manner.

n
- n

Robust emotional intelligence and an understanding of customer behaviour.

n
- n

Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

n
- n

Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your results.

n

n

Experience with Shopify, interior design, homewares, premium retail or online sales would be highly regarded.

n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, highly driven, intelligent, genuinely helpful and motivated by achieving sales results.
