Part time casual employment processing financial applications on behalf of a leading financial institution, you will then move into our Customer Service Inbound phone team. Full training provided. Immediate start required.

Would you enjoy working as a member of a small, dynamic customer service team working on behalf of leading financial services provider? Do you have accurate computer processing skills and a willingness to develop those skills? Are you punctual, a team player and willing to go the extra mile?

If so, we are looking for you to join our work from home team.

n

Job Type: Casual/Part time initially moving towards full time hours sometime later January to February 2024. Full training is provided.

n

Shifts are scheduled between 8.30am – 5pm

n

Hourly rate: $29.40 including loading

n

Ability to work from home. Must have 2 computer monitors, very good cable or NBN Internet, headset and webcam

n





Do you have:

n

n
- Excellent attention to detail (A MUST)
n
- Valuable, clear speaking voice with no accent
n
- Demonstrated the ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of small diverse team, following written or verbal directions
n
- Sound computer processing skills. Must know MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
n
- Decent typing speed (At least 40 wpm)
n
- Demonstrated speed, efficiency and accuracy of data processing.
n
- Administrative experience is also highly desirable.
n
- Ability to work 5 days a week
n
- Previous inbound call Customer Service experience is highly desirable
n

Expected Start Date: 21st December for a single training shift, then 3 shifts the week after Christmas and continuing to expand in hours in the new year until close to or full time hours of 37.5 per week.
