The Role n

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Area Manager to lead Beaumont Installations across a defined region. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll oversee the safe, timely, cost-effective and high-quality delivery of installation services. You’ll lead Site Managers and installation team members while managing trade capacity, operational performance, labour costs, quality, compliance and customer outcomes.

This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships and finding better ways to deliver.

Your Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead the day-to-day installation operation, providing clear direction, priorities and accountability
n
- Coach, develop and support Site Managers and installation team members
n
- Ensure jobs are properly planned, scheduled, allocated and ready for installation
n
- Maintain the qualified trade capacity needed to meet current and forecast demand
n
- Lead trade recruitment, onboarding, allocation, performance and retention
n
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, productivity, quality, rework and operational performance
n
- Build strong relationships with trade partners while maintaining clear expectations around workmanship, reliability, safety and service
n
- Resolve significant customer, builder and onsite issues efficiently and commercially
n
- Work closely with sales, administration, warehouse, supply chain, suppliers and support teams
n
- Identify practical improvements to systems, reporting, communication and installation processes
n
- Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure incidents,



risks and corrective actions are appropriately managed
n

You’ll be a confident and practical leader who can balance people, customers and commercial priorities in a quick-moving operational environment.

You’ll bring:

- Experience leading installation, construction, trade-based or multi-site operational teams
n
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance-management capability
n
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of labour costs, productivity, quality, rework and margin
n
- Experience managing trade partners, contractors or labour capacity
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
n
- The ability to interpret operational information and use it to make sound decisions
n
- Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
n
- Clear and respectful communication, including the confidence to manage difficult operational conversations
n
- A solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain composed when priorities change
n
- Confidence using business systems, reporting tools and technology to improve visibility and performance
