The Sales Manager – Pump & Abrasion Technologies is responsible for leading and managing sales activities with a focus on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the sector. The role plays a key part in the business, taking ownership of sales outcomes, guiding market approach, and leading the team to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day sales activity and set the direction for achieving revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across mining industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide practical, value-driven solutions
- Grow the company's presence in the markets and keep across industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and act as a senior point of contact for major accounts
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations




- Lead and support the sales team on a day-to-day basis, set clear expectations, and provide coaching and guidance
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and overall business contribution
- Work closely with operations to ensure customer expectations can be delivered

About you

- Robust background in sales within an industrial or technical environment
- Experience in pumps, slurry systems, abrasion/wear solutions, or similar industries
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior sales role
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and win new businessConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, with good negotiation ability
- Practical and solution-focused approach
- Able to balance hands-on sales work with team leadership
- Working knowledge of pump systems, slurry handling, or wear solutions preferred
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, reliable, and accountable
