The Position
- Manage end-to-end export air freight process
- Registering and processing of export documentation
- Preparing and coordinating perishable export shipments
- Booking and coordinating along with liaising with airlines and transport companies
- Providing customer shipment status updates and solutions to customer service team
- Generating quotations to overseas agents
- Strong long-term relationship building with external stakeholders and customers
- Liaising with internal departments
The Requirements
To be successful in this role you will display:
- Proven export air freight forwarding experience
- Proven experience in handling perishable goods
- Expedient experience would be highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Transparent communication skills
- Long-term client partnership
- Adaptable and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in Australia and have full-time working rights within Australia
