The incumbent shall support daily warehouse operations through timely goods receipt, order fulfillment, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and processing of product returns, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Perform accurate picking, packing, and preparation of orders for shipment
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to support operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Process return of consignment stocks
- Process and manage inbound goods
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation for all inventory transactions




- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
- Other duties as directed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics coordination
- Has work experience in medical devices company is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in consignment business
- Meticulous, responsible, independent and customer oriented
- Have a capability to lead the project assigned for process improvement
- Solid computer and database query skills, specifically in MS Excel and able to create, develop and maintain current or new reporting tools
