About this role n

- Monthly MYOB reconciliation including AR, AP, payroll, USD and AUD account.
n
- Foreign currency calculations
n
- Inventory & COGS tracking and calculation
n
- Prepare Monthly IAS and Quarterly BAS
n
- Prepare Monthly/yearly financial statements
n
- Accounting system maintenance and improvements
n
About you nn
- Preference given to holders of a tax agent license.
n
- MYOB and/or Quicken proficient experience and Excel (intermediate) is essential
n
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
n
- Minimum 6 years experiences in a similar role.
n
- Able to work collaboratively and build relationships across the business
n
- A well-presented candidate with strong communication
n
- High level of attention to detail – getting information right the first time
n
- Dedicated, professional and collaborative Head Office Team
n
- A supportive and dynamic team environment.
n
- English and Mandarin speaker
n
