von Bibra Auto Group is seeking a driven and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the opening team at our brand-new Coomera dealership.

n

This is more than an opportunity to move into another sales role. You’ll be joining a new site from the beginning, helping establish its culture, standards and reputation within one of the Gold Coast’s fastest-growing areas.

n

Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable; however, we will also consider strong applicants from other sales industries. Proven sales experience is essential.

About the opportunity n

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

n

n
- Assist customers through the complete vehicle-purchasing journey
n
- Build relationships and provide a high standard of customer service
n
- Respond quickly and professionally to showroom, phone and online enquiries
n
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
n
- Follow up unsold customers and develop repeat and referral business
n
- Work closely with sales management, finance, aftermarket and other departments
n
- Consistently work towards individual and dealership targets
n
- Contribute positively to the culture and success of our new Coomera site
n

About you n

We are looking for someone who:

- Has demonstrated experience in sales
n
- Ideally has previous new or used vehicle sales experience
n
- Is confident,



outgoing and comfortable speaking with customers
n
- Can identify customer needs and confidently ask for the business
n
- Is motivated by targets, achievement and earning potential
n
- Has strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
n
- Brings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude
n
- Works well within a team while remaining personally accountable
n
