Following the award of a major healthcare project , they are now looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator/ Senior QS to join their commercial team.

n

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the wider project delivery team, you will take ownership of the financial and contractual management of a major construction project from procurement through to final accounts.

n

The project is located in the South West region of WA , with occasional site visits required throughout the project lifecycle.

n

The role will be primarily Perth-based , while supporting the successful delivery of this significant development.

About You n

We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can confidently manage the contractual and financial side of a major project.

You will have: n

n




- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline .
n
- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction .
n
- Proven experience delivering projects valued at $50M+ .
n
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management .
n
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
n
- The ability to build solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients .
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience across healthcare, government or complex commercial projects will be highly regarded.
