Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Build and optimise workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub

n

Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations across enterprise systems

n

Manage and enhance CMDB structures and data integrity

n

Acts as a technical mentor to engineers and provide hands-on guidance.

Requirementsn

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science information Technology, or a related field.
n
- 8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration
n
- Robust experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
n
- Proven experience working with CMDB and enterprise data models.
n
- Experience working across the full SDLC Lifecycle
n
- Strond documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
n
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
n
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential)
n
- ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
